Our monthly employer-sponsored meal gives us a time to gather as a group, socialize and bring the latest company news to everyone. Our rec club is always coming up with great ideas from cooling off in the summer with ice cream treats to leaving it all on the field in our annual bags tournament. This year’s winners came away with a new mini fridge! At Art’s Way, you aren’t just another punch on the time card. We don’t want anyone poking an eye out or losing a foot.  That’s why Art’s Way employees receive $125 reimbursements towards safety toe shoes and prescription safety glasses. Heck, you even get free Art’s Way t-shirts so no one has to look at “Dad bods” all day.
